Troy- William C. Spenard, age 54 passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 23, 2022. Son of Ellen Jones Spenard and Jeffrey Spenard, Sr. Brother of Jeffery Spenard, Jr., Thomas Spenard (Karol), Michael Spenard and Ellen Heller (Michael). Also survived by three nephews and one niece. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
