North Greenbush- Thaddeus M. “Tad” Pietrak age 62 passed away Sunday, Dec. 5, 2021 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany. He was born in Troy to the late Stanley and Julia Pietrak. Brother of Dianne P. Anker, S. James Pietrak, Jon F. Pietrak and the late Maria Lockrow. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
