Patricia L. Riscavage

East Greenbush- Patricia L. Riscavage, age 71, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2025, in Albany, New York. Born on June 15, 1954, in Albany, she was the beloved daughter of the late Muriel (Maier) and Joseph Brady.

Patricia was a devoted wife and mother, dedicating her early years to raising her family at home. Later, she returned to the workforce and retired from the New York State Department of Education. Patricia cherished family trips to the beach, but her greatest passion was shopping. She delighted in the thrill of finding the next great deal, whether it was clothing or shoes.

She is survived by her loving husband, Vincent C. Riscavage; her children, Jennifer (Donald) Harris and Gregory (Caryn) Riscavage; and her cherished grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Mason Harris, and Madelyn Riscavage. Patricia also leaves behind her sister, Linda Calamaras, and her brother, Joseph Brady, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at W.J. Lyons, Jr. Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Avenue, Rensselaer, on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family prior to the service from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Patricia's life.
