Dominic P. Sterantino

North Greenbush- Dominic P. Sterantino, age 94, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022, peacefully at home. He was born and raised in Rensselaer before moving to North Greenbush over 60 years ago.

He was a proud Army Veteran serving in the 28th Infantry. Dom spent his career as a truck driver and was a member of the Teamsters. He enjoyed camping with his wife, traveling throughout the Adirondacks with their canine companion. He was also an avid gardener and was often found cooking on the grill in the summertime.

Husband of the late Ruth A. Wolfe Sterantino. Father of Nancy J., Carol A., Robert J. (Gail), Rose M., and the late Thomas P. Sterantino. Loving grandfather of Lindsey Goyer, Lauryn Sterantino. Great grandfather of Liam, Alison, and Benjamin.

Funeral services from W.J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home, on Friday September 30, 2022 at 12:00pm, all are welcome to attend. Relatives and friends are invited and may call prior to the service, Friday from 10:00am-12:00pm. Interment will be in Bloomingrove Cemetery, Defreestville.
