West Sand Lake- After a long battle with illness, Colleen Patricia Fiato (Biernik) has finally found peace on August 10, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She will be remembered by her loved ones for her vibrant spirit and enduring tenacity. Survived by her children, Joseph and Michelle, as well as her grandchildren, Kendra, Kiere, Logan and Alexandria, her mother, Marge and brothers, John and Jim, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins whom she cherished all greatly. Please join us at W.J. Lyons, Jr. Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Avenue in Rensselaer on Thursday, August 20th, from 4:30 to 6 PM for a remembrance and celebration of the life of Colleen. Services will begin at 6PM.
